My call then would not to simply to get busy getting clear about intention and the details of implementation, being accountable to the policy / procedure, but to also GROW the potentials, seeing the room for an even deeper root into the relationship you play in the optimal expression of potential. Create the framework, but allow it to be that, allow the authentic expression of each person involved to contribute, certainly not to be restricted by it.
